Everything was as described in the booking, and I had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use Bounce again.

It's an excellent option to avoid carrying suitcases, backpacks or bags; the Casa Blanca hotel in Mexico City is open 24 hours, highly recommended.

The delivery process was very quick and they were friendly. When we went to pick them up, it took a little while to deliver them, but there were people and it's understandable. They let us stay in the lobby while we waited.

Excellent service :) I made my reservation online, and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, they stored my suitcase, I was able to use the hotel bathroom, and they kept my belongings safe. It's also great that you don't need a specific check-in or check-out time; you can leave and pick up your things whenever you need to :)
