At first, since they don't tell you the location until you pay, I was a little suspicious, but once they give you the information, the assigned place was a hotel, the staff was very friendly and reassuring, and they returned my luggage exactly as I had left it.

Arriving is super easy. Plus, the service is excellent. They're very friendly. They return your belongings exactly as you left them. Highly recommended. It's also in a prime location. If you're coming from the airport, public transport drops you off just a block away.

It's a hotel, so it has 24-hour service. The staff is friendly and the location is excellent, one block from Paseo de la Reforma and almost across from the Monument to the Revolution.
