  • When I arrived, the receptionist told me my reservation wasn't there, even though I'd made it almost a month in advance. She very kindly explained that it wasn't there but that I could make another one. I requested a refund and made my new reservation right there. Everything was great with the place; everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was with the platform, because if I make a reservation, it's to avoid problems on the day.

I left my suitcase with complete confidence, and everything was perfect. Furthermore, the location is strategic: just a couple of blocks from Reforma Avenue and about a 7-minute walk from the Angel of Independence bus terminal. A safe and highly recommended option if you need to travel light around the city.

Our flight wasn't until 8 pm and we had to check out of the Airbnb at 10 am, so this app was a huge help, allowing us to enjoy more time in Mexico City.
