A great experience! From the moment we got out of the Uber, they were already helping us with our luggage. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it; it makes the most of your time in the city.

When I arrived, the receptionist told me my reservation wasn't there, even though I'd made it almost a month in advance. She very kindly explained that it wasn't there but that I could make another one. I requested a refund and made my new reservation right there. Everything was great with the place; everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was with the platform, because if I make a reservation, it's to avoid problems on the day.

It's a very safe place to leave backpacks, suitcases, and bags. The staff is very friendly.

They were friendly and even though we stayed a long time in the reception waiting for the Uber, they never treated us badly and even let us use their bathroom and relax while we ordered the Uber.

Great place to leave our luggage, excellent location, and they were very friendly throughout. Our flight wasn't until 8 pm and we had to check out of the Airbnb at 10 am, so this app was a huge help, allowing us to enjoy more time in Mexico City. Highly recommended, I will definitely use the app and this site again if I return to Mexico City.
