Our flight was at midnight and we needed to checkout at 11am... We booked online on Bounce and simply took an Uber to drop off the bags. This is a hotel, so not only did we feel our luggage would be safe but they are open 24h a day. Other locations close earlier which is perfectly fine but we need a location with extended hours. We just had to show our reservation and ID (person who reserved) and the front desk gave us a ticket to keep for claiming the luggage later on. A porter at Laila hotel helped with our luggage which was welcome as well (we tipped). Overall, fantastic location, great service, and highly recommended if you're in a pickle like we were.
