It was good. Simple. Bags were not locked away but someone was with them all the time.

Location was really good for us, just behind the market in Malaga. Not particularly friendly but efficient and it felt secure.

Everything was seamless and practical - strategic location close to the train from Malaga city center to airport. The Argentinian lady who helped was very friendly.

Brilliant. Very easy to locate

The location was great, just down the street from the Picasso Museum. The woman who ran the shop was friendly, photographed my bags, to ensure they were identified, and then stored them somewhere in the back of her shop. When I arrived to pick up my bags, they were brought to me promptly. All good!

Access to the train station was the key here. It was hard to recognize it as a Bounce location though.

The owner was very helpful and positive, and the location was convenient. We had a hard time finding the store because the sign was covered.

Very easy to drop off and pick up and it felt very secure. While it is only a 15 minute walk (I presume the shorter estimate relies on the travelators working) from the airport via the footbridge, there were so many cars parked when you leave the overpass bridge it made it difficult to navigate with a suitcase. I'd definitely use again though, as it was cheap to get a taxi to and from malaga centre

The place was easy to find and the drop off was easy and fast.

Easy enough to find... didn't see where the bags went so can't specify on safety, but our bags were fine.

we didn’t understand directly that we had to enter the restaurant but they quickly helped us, put our bags in a safe spot and it was easy getting them back!

100% recommend dropping your bags off here. The lady who owns the shop is so lovely and they’re in safe hands x

I really liked the location, close to the hotel where I'm staying. I left a 10kg suitcase. Everything was fine, I recommend them.

Super convenient! The staff was very professional, no problems at all! We left our luggage and picked it up 2 hours later, so we could go sightseeing without having to carry so much luggage around. The prices were very reasonable!
