It was easy to locate and staff was very friendly. The location is only 350m from the bus station. If you have a layover from a flight to a bus or train, it is the perfect location.

All good but some physical token / receipt or an email confirmation after drop-off at the store would be more reassuring. Similar feedback by others, please act on it.

It’s really a luggage drop off place, located opposite to the train station. We booked via bounce and showed up 2’ later. We showed the reservation made and they just told us to take a picture of a number they give, which was located on the luggage. We showed up 6 hours later, showed the number and collected our luggage. Easy!

Very convenient as it's in front of the Zambrano station. I left my luggage there for 3 days and it was easy to check it in and out. Very good experience

Everything was fine, but a seal or at least a receipt indicating that the suitcases had been left would be appreciated. In our case, there was no problem, but you have to be really trusting to leave your belongings and trust someone you don't know...

So simple, booked 3 bags on line. Dropped 2 bag offs, returned and dropped the third 2hours later. Collected at due time. Spoke with three lovely members of staff - the service was still seamless! 😁
