Bags were put in the staff room next to the front desk of the hotel. Seemed safe and they were friendly!

We left our bags for almost a week and we were very happy with our experience. They were kept safely and securely away from the general area and we had no trouble receiving them.

When we landed at the airport we realized we didn't have anywhere to leave our bags while we'd be exploring Intramuros and we were lucky to have found Bounce! It's easy to find, about two blocks away from the Manila Cathedral, and a big plus was that they were collaborating with Bambike so it was easy for us to rent bikes from the same place! It was such a big relief for us and a great stroke of luck that one place offered both services. It was a little pricey for us but for the ease and comfort definitely nothing we regret!

Location is in a 24/7 bar, was empty when I arrived but the lady there was nice and secured my bag which I retrieved later in the day. Felt safe. Close to Intramuros and it was open earlier than the bounce location there which was useful since I arrived in Manila very early.

Super easy to use and central to lots of things

The store is easy to find and near the airport.

Easy to schedule, pay, leave and pick up the bag. It is in the heart of historic district, so the location was convenient. I wish they opened earlier than 9 am, however.
