So easy and convenient to Hoboken.

You drop your bags in the laundrette so you need to look out for that. We just left the bags with the lady which seemed strange (no locked room or tag or anything) but bags were safe and sound when we returned. Staff were friendly and it was very convenient for us.

I was a nervous wreck leaving our luggage here, but Wow, once we dropped it off, all of our nerves left! They were very professional and I felt our luggage would be safe! We dropped it off early in the day and toured NYC all day and picked our luggage up right before it closed. Such a convenient location, right by the ferry stop from Hoboken into NYC. I definitely will use this service again.

Our drop-off took place on a Saturday. The store should have warned that it closed at 6:00 p.m. instead of 7:30 p.m. at the time of booking.

It was difficult to find at first. We had not been told that the location was in a laundromat and the only sign referring to Bounce in the window had been partially obscured. Apart from that it was great!
