Super straight forward and easy

Easy to locate in a safe and nice neighborhood spot. Owners of the laundromat where the location was, were nice and reliable and informative. We took a uber from EWR to the drop off, walked from there to the PATH station (10 mins) and off to NYC and were back by 7:30 to pick our bags and head to our family in Jersey. Sold on the service and the location.

Convenient and Efficient Luggage Storage – Just Know It’s in a Laundry Used this luggage storage facility during our stay in Hoboken and it worked really well. Booking was simple, and both drop-off and collection were quick and efficient. The location was ideal—just a short walk from where we were staying. One thing to note: it’s located inside a laundry, and there wasn’t any obvious signage when we arrived. I’d have been a bit confused if I hadn’t read a review beforehand that mentioned this. Once inside, though, everything was smooth and professional. Would definitely use again.

The owner was very friendly. I'd already stopped by the day before to take a look. Your suitcases are stored inside the shop, but the staff and owner are always there. It felt familiar, and it was good.

Great experience! Super nice and jovial staff. We felt very comfortable leaving our carry-on luggage with them. Very large luggage might be an issue though, given the small footprint of the store.

You drop your bags in the laundrette so you need to look out for that. We just left the bags with the lady which seemed strange (no locked room or tag or anything) but bags were safe and sound when we returned. Staff were friendly and it was very convenient for us.

I was very nervous to leave our luggage here, but once I dropped it off, I felt at ease! The representatives at this UPS were very professional and I knew our belongings would be fine! We dropped off early, around 10:00am and picked up right before they closed at 6:30pm. The location was so convenient, steps away from the Hoboken to NYC ferry which we had planned on using.

It was easy location to find it and service was simple to use. Good place to storage your luggage on the day when you are leaving away from NYC-area and your airport is Newark.
