Bags felt super secure! They were stored in a room but no one but the employees were allowed back there. There were multiple employees and they even had cameras. Would use again!!

Everything went very well. They stored our luggage, assigned a number to identify it, and gave us a ticket, which we used to pick up our luggage. They were very kind. I definitely recommend them.

Easy and convenient!

Good. I dropped bags at 7 am in morning and collected at 16:00.

Bags were left in the corner near the hotel entrance/exit. I'm not convinced it's the safest place, but luckily nothing bad happened.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It took us a minute to find it but we were directed to the Pompeii Ticket office to the left of Sorrento station entrance. Easy drop off and collection and felt safe.

It was easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. They are close to the ferry so it was very convenient.

Everything was great, very helpful, and the place is just steps from the station! We even had the option to change in the bathroom!

Central location. Was a little hard to find. I put the the address into Google Maps and it took us somewhere else. Better to follow the written instructions of how to find the place. Really secure storage and friendly service. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

Its right by the ferry port and super easy to find. Everything went smoothly, however they didnt put the luggage away and just leave it in a corner. Not sure how good their security is, and i dont travel with valuables, but anyone could have taken my stuff in a second when inevitably the staff arent looking. Its convenient and I was lucky but i dont think id really recommend leaving stuff in a corner right by the entrance door as well.

Staff were friendly. It’s all the way down by the port which meant we had to climb down a lot of stairs. Would be helpful if instructions to the lift were there :)
