The location was great. Right on the beach next to the Broadwalk. The person running it was great. She was very kind. The only issue I have is the security of the unit where my bags were kept. There didn’t seem to be a good way to keep them secure and anyone could just walk up and open the unit or take what ever bag they wanted.

Attendant was friendly. They are usually posted in front of the bike rental, so it's best to approach from the Broadwalk. There's also a Bounce sign there to let you know you're in the right spot. The shed that the luggage is stored in has a window AC unit and temperature inside is regulated.

Very convenient right near the beach and allowed us a place to change our clothes.

Was a convenient location for luggage storage on Hollywood Beach. Would not consider it climate controlled or overly secure, as it was a shed with a padlock. There were, however, attendants on site and they have daytime hours so it’s less of a concern.

Secure temperature controlled location.

This was great, so convenient when we got off our cruise at 7am and didn’t fly out until 6 we dropped off our bags here and went to the beach for the day. The staff was super friendly and offered WIFI.

Excellent experience. The attendant made us feel safe to leave our things and was so sweet. We were a party of 6 traveling with 4 children. She even allowed a few of us to change and when I needed an Uber she gave us the wifi. This was the perfect place for us to spend the day on the the beach before heading to the airport. The spot was right there and public washrooms were a 3 minute walk. We would definitely do this again!!!

Location may look at little sketchy but the place was clean and the attendant was very nice and helpful.

nothing wrong with the location or the people running this location, but if you book through Bounce, they should be more descriptive on how this location actually works. when i got there with my luggage, there was already a family there waiting and upset/a little rude about no one being there to unlock the storage shed, but really it was a matter of the app having a lack of instructions. it said to go to the “office” and let the employees know of your reservation. but really, the shed was being run by the same lady that was outside running the bike rental tent. let’s be kind! but also, i believe the app said it was open until 8pm, but the lady said she was only there until 6pm. this was no issue for me- but perhaps double check before booking

Not climate controlled but just fine for waiting on a flight and wanting to visit the beach!

It is a great option to spend a day at the beach while waiting for late flight. It looks dodgy but it’s safe. I highly recommended. Toronto Canada
