The location seemed very secure, and the staff was very professional and reassuring.

They were very friendly and quick in receiving and collecting my luggage, the place is very accessible, several blocks around, making it easy to take your luggage from public transport.

When we arrived, the gentleman helped us and stored our luggage that was very helpful… And when we left, he was prompt to help us… All was great.

They treated us very kindly both when dropping off and picking up our bags. Excellent service and very well located in the Hollywood area.

Attendant was nice and location was perfect for a spot on the broadwalk. Check in/out is easy and we were even able to go back for something we forgot. Only complaint would be that, even thought the attendant was nearby, the shed-like structure wasn't locked. It made us feel a little uneasy.

The storage place was small and very heated inside since it was without AC but good for just a few hours, very helpful to have this temporary storage service.

The little building should have the civic number clearly marked on at least the two sides facing the streets. That would have given you 5 stars!

Easy location in North Hollywood beach. Close to the airport. Just drop and go. The room is kept locked if no one in the room. Enjoy an extra beach day while waiting for your flight!

Great location to store the bags while we walked around the boardwalk for the day! Friendly staff too! The storage spot is a small shed so make sure to reserve!

Very good reception BUT the UPS staff is not trained on this service.. Otherwise, perfect.

Lady was super nice, no complaints. Perfect option if you have to vacate your hotel/airbnb in the morning but your flight is at night only. Was even able to rent a beach chair and towel!

Small Shack on the boardwalk. Was just enough room to store our 6 suitcases. We enjoyed a day on the beach after getting off a cruise and then grabbed our luggage and a Lyft to the airport. Glad to have this available. Will definitely use again on our next trip.
