Frendly staff. Made sure we knew about early Sunday closure . Unfussy process. Also very pleased with lemon meringue with ice cream dessert we ordered before heading off to the station with our luggage.

Travellers are usually in a hurry so it would be perfect if you could give me my luggage back when I asked for it, not having to wait ten minutes when it’s just at the end of the counter. Currently only one staff knows how the qr code system works and the rest just leaves it to the busy man, or have to wait for his permission to try to do the qr scanning. I almost missed my train which was ten to fifteen minutes walk away from town , with massive crowds along the way making the journey even longer
