I had to call when I got there even though I had the code already. The first time I called someone picked up, then hung up the phone and wouldn't pick it up again, they ended up giving me an alternate phone number to call, it took longer to drop the bag off than I thought it would.

But then I found Bounce, and this UPS Store was right in the neighborhood that I was planning to be for the day before my flight. - It's difficult to get in touch for the 1st time as I didn't hv local numbers while the app asked me to pay the bill 1st..eventually I went directly to the address just to make sure it's not a scam. No staff there, but at least I knew it's not a scam..after online payment, then I got the WhatsApp number that I could call..the rest was just fine
