Discover luggage storage in Atlanta

Staff very nice and friendly

Employees were kind and helpful! The store is very clean

Friendly staff and effortless process.

Excellent service and amazing people that work there! Thank you!

People were nice, location guidance was poor. Closing time not displayed. No fault with the barber shop, just poor communication from bounce

My bag had been moved and things were sitting out of it when I came for it

Very professional and reliable!

Easy drop off and pick up!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clear and efficient identification system. I recommend them.

Very easy. Nice staff.

Polite, quick, secure, helpful, friendly!

Wonderful!!! Thanks so much !

Easy drop off and pick up! The store owner is so friendly and gave us great recommendations for our weekend stay!

the staff was so accommodating and so kind! the process was as smooth as can be. it was my first time using Bounce and I hope that every experience in the future will be just as excellent!

easy dropoff and pickup here twice!

Good location, and a safe place.

BE SURE TO CHECK IN BEFORE ARRIVING. This Bounce location is self service but you do have to message them before arriving to get the keypad code for the front door. I missed this memo on the way to the location and had to do it there and wait a few minutes for their response before I could go inside and store my bags. Otherwise, great Bounce location!

The location was easy to access being in midtown ATL. I felt comfortable leaving the bags there.

The staff was very courteous and professional also greets you with a smile

Communication with the staff was a little slow at first, but then everything went very well. They should indicate that you should send a WhatsApp message instead of asking them to call; many of us don't have a phone line to send direct messages or make calls. Otherwise, everything was great.

Friendly service. Easy drop off and pickup.

Location very good Bag was safe

Very easy and a good service

Adrienne is so nice and professional! Her business is just what we were looking for: close to the airport and convenient while we wait to check into our accommodations. Will be using her services anytime I’m in Atlanta and you should too!!!

Super fast and convenient location. Felt safe and would use this location anytime I need to stay in Midtown area.

It was a very easy and smooth process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to explore the Aquarium for a few hours before our flight without hauling our luggage around.

Communicative fast secure

Everything was nice.

The drop off was smooth and the staff were more than accommodating! Will definitely use this service again!

Close to the airport. Was reasonably priced for a day to hold my luggage. I put the order in a few minutes before 9 so the manager wasn’t there yet when I arrived. Otherwise it went well.
