Nice. It is not a typical code or key locker, but a cupboard in a shop. Fast and helpful. Entrance is really at the corner. Looks like offices from outside but ring the bell.

Easy to find, and access was seamless — just follow the instructions. Luggage was safe. Just make sure your luggage is checked out with bounce because the venue doesn’t seem to do that automatically because it’s unattended.

It was an unmanned, 24-hour office, and when I called the host, he quickly provided directions to the entrance. It was conveniently located near the airport and the station, and there was a lobby space where I could reorganize my luggage.

So convenient and friendly! They were even open earlier than listed and took my luggage early. The location was a short walk to restaurants, National Center for Civil and Human Rights and other places to visit while waiting for my flight.

Location in Google maps land in the parking lot not at the store. A pinpoint location would be good and easy for customer.

The staff was very responsive. I was given the code to check on & it went smoothly. Despite the back of the room being packed with luggage, there was still room for me to place my items. My items also weren’t touched so I appreciated that. There’s also a bathroom inside which I think should be an honorable mention just because I thought the space was going to be tiny and not include it. I would definitely book again.
