Drop off and pick up were easy. The store personnel were friendly. Inside was clean and I felt very comfortable leaving my bag here

Everything went really well until I got to the location and for some reason the employee said I was only able to drop off a max of six bags on one reservation, despite me making the reservation for 10 bags and already paying for it. I had to make another reservation for the additional four bags. I was refunded the money from the initial booking for those four bags, but it was still a hassle and kind of annoying. I don't know if this was a Bounce issue or a drop off location issue. I did feel that my bags were secure, and the location having a separate room to put the luggage in was nice.

Drop off went great was smooth. Pick up was a little difficult as the gentleman helping didn’t know how to check us out so took a little extra time. Otherwise was great. I didn’t know that was a thing where you can drop off bags, so that was great!
