Was supper easy, make sure to check you email for the phone number and call once you are at the door to get your code set up to the door. IF YOU DONT YOU CANT USE IT TO GET IN!!! we had nothing stolen and the bags where safe for 3-4 hours here.

Easy to find, and access was seamless — just follow the instructions. Luggage was safe. Just make sure your luggage is checked out with bounce because the venue doesn’t seem to do that automatically because it’s unattended.

It was an unmanned, 24-hour office, and when I called the host, he quickly provided directions to the entrance. It was conveniently located near the airport and the station, and there was a lobby space where I could reorganize my luggage.

The staff was very responsive. I was given the code to check on & it went smoothly. Despite the back of the room being packed with luggage, there was still room for me to place my items. My items also weren’t touched so I appreciated that. There’s also a bathroom inside which I think should be an honorable mention just because I thought the space was going to be tiny and not include it. I would definitely book again.

Call the international number, it seems to be the quickest way to reach someone. Sundays they may be busy but typically respond quickly. Would use again.

They were amazing, super simple, and easy, and when we had an issue getting to the location on time, there wasn't a problem. They were close to the Marta station so we could use public transit.

A little challenging to find the place, I was looking for something called “Bounce” as I didn’t realize it was actually a shared workspace named “Revival”. Regardless, the booking, drop-off, and pick-up were all quick and easy! Fee is small, and felt pretty confident our bags would be safe. Thanks a ton!
