Very nice staff and safe and convenient place to leave our bags!

Easy to find and the staff were very helpful as we were a bit early.

Close to the train station, it's a great location. The receptionists are polite. The only downside is that our luggage is among other luggage and we have to carry it ourselves. There's a risk of someone stealing or searching our belongings, as it's a separate room. We get a key, go to our room, and find ourselves alone with all our bags.

It's secure, really easy to find, and well located in the city centre. I highly recommend it!

easy, fast, friendly and helpful staff

Friendly staff, luggage locked in a small room on the ground floor. The hostel staff allowed us to use their facilities while waiting for the InterCity Night train (bathrooms, electricity, tables). One thing that could be improved: they allow everyone to access this luggage room; you just need a reservation to enter... It would be safer if someone from the hostel went there.

Good spot to drop off luggage. They have a huge storage room. And if the storage room is full, a separate back room.

It went well, but the guy wasn't very friendly and we were a little scared at first because the luggage is stored in a place visible to everyone. Apart from that, it's well located.
