the staff were so unbelievably lovely and welcoming, so easy and lovely to talk to - as well as the pick up and drop off process being very quick and efficient. couldn’t recommend more!

easy, fast, friendly and helpful staff

Friendly staff, luggage locked in a small room on the ground floor. The hostel staff allowed us to use their facilities while waiting for the InterCity Night train (bathrooms, electricity, tables). One thing that could be improved: they allow everyone to access this luggage room; you just need a reservation to enter... It would be safer if someone from the hostel went there.

Good spot to drop off luggage. They have a huge storage room. And if the storage room is full, a separate back room.

It went well, but the guy wasn't very friendly and we were a little scared at first because the luggage is stored in a place visible to everyone. Apart from that, it's well located.

Good place If your getting off/on the cruse in my opinion taxi is better theirs a hill and stairs and it was a challenge with two luggage’s. Even though it was a 20/25 minute walk. Overall the guy wise nice.
