Luggage storage Genova Brignole Station

The hotel is on the 5th floor, but very close to the airport shuttle. The men at reception were very helpful, so dropping off and picking up our bags was quite quick. We even received advice on the shuttle departure time. A great experience. THANK YOU

It was great. The staff were very helpful, and all the procedures were simple, convenient, and quick.

It was a little confusing at first, figuring out where I needed to go. The drop-off point is on the fifth floor at Hotel Astor. Otherwise, everything was super easy and the staff were very friendly. I paid €6.60 online for one day. I would definitely recommend it.

No complaints: they took our suitcases and returned them to us politely. Note that the hotel is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator.

The deposit is in a small hotel on the 5th floor of a historic building at the beginning of Via xx Settembre, really convenient from the station.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. One of the staff members spoke English as well which was very helpful. However, it was very difficult to find the front desk for bag drop off. I wish there were clearer instructions to go to the fifth floor and that door.
