Perfect with a friendly welcome

So I just learned the app prior to booking and it was amazing to see Trieste while on brief stopover without lugging my bags. I am American and we don’t think of such clever things :)

Initially, the attendant wasn't quite sure what to do because the indicated location was a supermarket, but after speaking with someone on the phone, he directed us to a place in the store's storage area where we should leave our luggage. He was very kind and only asked to take a photo of the e-voucher. When we returned to collect our luggage, we were also greeted by another person who promptly returned everything to us in perfect condition. Excellent service. I recommend it.

This is an interesting service, like Airbnb for luggage. At the Trieste station, as luggage storage works only until 5:30 PM. The service was located very close to the station. The man who accepted the luggage was really very kind and polite. I recommend it.
