The staff at Velo were very friendly and helpful. I wish we knew what we're were looking for since we didn't know we had to talk to the people in the Cafe. We were afraid to buy the tickets until we knew there was an actual luggage drop.

It was convenient and safe to leave my belongings. The location is perfect, right in front of Seo Station. Highly recommended.

We weren't able to find lockers at the Interlaken Ost train station, so we found this place. It was a little difficult to find this place inside a restaurant. There was a very small sign in the restaurant window. I wouldn't say that the luggage security area was super good, but probably sufficient. This place worked for us and we didn't have any issues.

Hotel merkur. Left by luggage here, booked through Bounce. Very friendly staff and the location is few steps away from railway station.

Close to Interlaken West station

First time using bounce and would highly recommend Hotel Merkur. The staff were helpful and we felt happy leaving our bags with them.

It was super easy to drop and pickup our luggage at Velo Cafe. The only catch is they are only open till 17:00 so you have to tone your usage.

Have a display of bounce visible so that customers don’t have to ask people around

Very convenient location within Hotel Merkur, less than a minute from the Interlaken West train station. The staff was very friendly and gave us some recommendations. Drop off and pickup were also very efficient. The only (small) downside is that there are some stairs leading to the hotel so if you have heavy baggage it might require a bit of effort.

Staff was really friendly. Location is super close to Interlaken West, which was great. I dropped a backpack and a carry-on and retrieved them on different days (one was just so I didn't carry it all day, the other had to be held longer because I was staying in a mountain cabin with minimum space) and the process was really smooth for both. Would definitely recommend it!

Easy pickup and drop off. Luggage area of the cafe was a separate locked room so felt pretty secure overall. No issue. Would recommended.

It is an easy QR system but, I wouldn't call it a secure luggage storage. They put all the bags in the room next to the cafe and the door is wide open for anyone to walk in. They do provide you a tag with a number for your pick up but, again not secure. You just walk in the room and get your bags, no one checks that your tag correlates.

Super convenient! Excellent location to drop off your luggage. Its safe and easy and fast. Just right beside the Interlaken West train station. Nothing could be more easier location than this.

Drop off experience was also very fast and every thing went smooth. Since its a hotel and they keep your luggage in a separate room inaccessible to other visitors so it is safe.
