Excellent! Steps away from train station (Interlaken Ost) and next to Brienzamsee Ferry. Staff was so friendly and fast checking in/out with QR code. Luggage was secure for the few hours we secured our luggage while we took the ferry to Brienz. Would use again and highly recommend.

The location was very nice. It locates within 2 min from Interlaken OST station and next to ferry port. The staff was also nice and handled the appropriately.

Yes, everything was perfect and very simple. I only had a small mix-up because the hotel forgot to indicate the check-out time, so it seemed like I had to pay for an extra day. I contacted customer support anyway, and they were very quick to assure me that this would not happen and that they would take care of fixing the reservation themselves.
