Discover luggage storage in Interlaken

Good spot not too far from Interlaken West station. Did the trick while we backpacked up near Wengen.

It was extremely easy to store the bags and the location staffs were kind enough to keep one extra luggage without charge as I made a mistake while booking. Also added points for cute and friendly doggo welcoming the customers.

Felt great leaving my bags here!

Pleasant experience! Easy in and out. You so have to carry your bags up a short flight of steps to access the hotel lobby.

It was very convenient and fast. They were also kind.

easy to find good location

Yes no problem. Convenient for rly stn

The staff were very nice, and it's super convenient being right next to the station. Plus, it's cheaper than the station lockers. Highly recommended!

Easy drop off with a friendly receptionist. Super quick!

Location was close to train station. They were extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel is located directly opposite Interlaken West Station. Super convenient if you have a train from there. The staff is super friendly. Everything worked perfectly.

Easily accessible from Interlaken west.

Really affordable considering it’s Interlaken and lasted the whole day

Very friendly, very quick, efficient, and very close to the train station, a 5-minute walk. I recommend them.

Helpful host, prompt service, felt like my luggage was safe

Location is easy to find. They do their duty so professional.

It's easy to find and close to the station. There's also a large supermarket near Interlaken West Station, not Interlaken OST Station.

It was convenient and safe to leave my belongings. The location is perfect, right in front of Seo Station. Highly recommended.

Omg 100000/10 super good haha. I love here

Very friendly service at the cafe and a great location!

They were so friendly. Helped me with my luggage and the location is just few steps away from the railway station.

Staffs there were extremely amazing. Love the experience :)

Close to Interlaken West station

First time using bounce and would highly recommend Hotel Merkur. The staff were helpful and we felt happy leaving our bags with them.

Have a display of bounce visible so that customers don’t have to ask people around

Keep doing great work!!!

It’s really useful area…. Thanks 🙏

Very convenient location within Hotel Merkur, less than a minute from the Interlaken West train station. The staff was very friendly and gave us some recommendations. Drop off and pickup were also very efficient. The only (small) downside is that there are some stairs leading to the hotel so if you have heavy baggage it might require a bit of effort.

Staff was really friendly. Location is super close to Interlaken West, which was great. I dropped a backpack and a carry-on and retrieved them on different days (one was just so I didn't carry it all day, the other had to be held longer because I was staying in a mountain cabin with minimum space) and the process was really smooth for both. Would definitely recommend it!
