Excellent service, very easy to book and pay in advance. Staff was really nice and helpful, drop-off and pick-up went very smoothly. Storage location is directly next to Interlaken West train station. It is a very comfortable service, thus you do not need to take care of your luggage while you are do a little sightseeing in Interlaken.

The staff were very nice, and it's super convenient being right next to the station. Plus, it's cheaper than the station lockers. Highly recommended!

Storage is in Hotel Merkur, not lockers, so luggage size isn't an issue. There are some stairs from street level up to bag drop off. The whole process was very quick and convenient.

The staff was amazing and very friendly! The bags were kept safely in a back room. Definitely recommend using this location!

This is the only Bounce location near Interlaken that provides service till 9pm. They even offered to use the wifi and the restrooms on the way out. The only downside is that you have to take a bus/train from Interlaken OST to get here. Not a big problem as you can find them frequently.

The staff members were absolutely wonderful. So wonderful that we used them two times while we were in Interlaken. Very helpful and accommodating. Easy to use. Super convenient, right across the railroad tracks. 1 minute walk from the train station. I would DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

Super close the Interlaken Ost, friendly staff, luggage was locked away in a room and we both took photos for safety, super easy and convenient for a travel day where check in and check out don’t align
