Used this Bounce location to store my luggage for about 3-4 hours today. Absolutely wonderful owner and system. Perfect location - it allowed me to get to a meeting across the street with little fuss or muss. Suitcases stored in a locked room. Felt comfortable with the entire situation. Only issue was tech at Bounce's end of it. Resolved but their site was glitchy on my mobile. Store owner delightful.

Very good location,great for Windsor castle, only niggle was shop opened later than advertised, owner said traffic was bad,(fair)and we were hoping to have bags stored and gone a bit earlier . All in all it worked out fine and would recommend if in the area.

We used this place to check our bags for the day while we checked out Windsor. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the prices were reasonable and in line with what should be expected. It's a cute little gift shop for tourists.
