Everything is quiet and very reliable

Managed to time the drop off just as a big crowd came into the cafe but staff were helpful and efficient. Pre-booking probably helped. Pickup later was simple, we grabbed some food in the cafe and it was lovely. A bonus is they're open all day which is not the norm in Agrigento.

Great. The staffs are friendly and the store opens in the afternoon which is not easy to see in Agrigento.

I would rate the store a 4.5. I have a suggestion for your Bounce App. When I went to retrieve my bag they asked to scan the barcode so they could get the PIN number to complete their side of true pick up but your App no longer displayed it which they were concerned about. I tried through the email confirmation but it brings you to the App so I could not provide my PIN code for them.
