  • I would rate the store a 4.5. I have a suggestion for your Bounce App. When I went to retrieve my bag they asked to scan the barcode so they could get the PIN number to complete their side of true pick up but your App no longer displayed it which they were concerned about. I tried through the email confirmation but it brings you to the App so I could not provide my PIN code for them.
