The check-in process was easy, and the staff were very polite.

The staff were very professional and friendly, and quickly helped me complete the storage process.

Location good and staff who served us were good. How secure I felt. We got shown to a storeroom and left our bags in there with a bunch of other bags. There is no tagging system once you leave the bags and it seemed that -theoretically- I could have easily walked out with someone else’s bags and the staff would not have been any the wiser. Based on that I’d rate this as ‘Good’, but not give it a ‘Great’ rating

This is a very good idea which I don’t need to go somewhere with my luggage.

Very handy location, bags were secured in a small room (seemed to be a utility room). Although I had no issues, I would have felt more comfortable if I had been ID checked when collecting my bags or something done to confirm the bags actually belonged to me, but overall it was a smooth process.

Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. The location is right near tram stop 1 which made returning for pick up super easy and convenient.
