Discover Sapporo luggage storage

Easy and smooth! Very nice staff!

Communication with staff was great!!

Amazing! Drop off and pickup took less than 60 seconds each. Staff was very friendly

It was great thank you, although we didn't use our handbag allocation.

This was my first time using the service, but the drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. This time, the drop-off spanned two days. When I made the reservation, I mistakenly thought the fee was charged by the hour (one charge for 24 hours) and only set it for one day. I later realized it was charged by business days (one charge is added each time the date changes), so I added the second day through the app. The change process was easy and the changes were reflected immediately, which was great.

Very easy to get assistance even if you don't speak Japanese

The location is convenient and requires communication via translation software, making it easy to travel to other places.

I was so relieved to be able to leave my luggage in a place without coin lockers! The only downside was that the storage box I was directed to was smaller than what was explained beforehand, but since I was able to leave my luggage, I'm giving it 5 stars.

Al very good and easytRo find

The staff's response was quick and good.

Great location! Super secure! Remember, it's not open 24hr.

Conveniently located and very straightforward pick up/drop off process!

Easy to find, well located and friendly staff.

Great location Easy drop off and pick up. Staff are friendly

It was nice to be able to leave it in a pleasant space in the city center.

Easy to find. Storing and collecting luggage is relatively fast depending on the Queue for Karaoke.

It was convenient. Fast process.

The process itself was smooth. However, I wanted to change the pickup time, but it was unclear how to do so and whether the price would remain the same. The inquiry form also led to an English-only page. If the initial payment had clearly indicated how many hours the fee was for and provided contact information for troubleshooting, I would have given it five stars.

Secure location that's very easy to locate.

Drop off was seamless. Staff was so nice and professional, kept our bags safe while we were away. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for your courteous response.

Easy process for drop-off and pick-up luggages

I checked in two suitcases within 24 hours. I wanted to check in the second suitcase the day after I checked in the first one, and they were flexible and accommodating as long as it was within the time limit, and there were staff members available after 10am. I was also able to pick up the suitcases separately, which was a great help.

The shop is easy to find as it is just across Sapporo Station. The stuff was friendly and the checking in and out was very smooth. 100% recommend this place for luggage storage

It was easy to understand! The handover was also very smooth!

Convenient with kind staff!

The location was a bit difficult to find (was it different from the registered address?), but the service was polite.

Once we found the location it was all great - staff were nice and we were able to pick up one of our 3 bags separately for the night, then drop off again for a couple of hours in the morning whilst the storage time was still active. Finding the place was difficult though as the entrance is not obvious!

very smooth process, staff able to communicate in english

Location was ok. Walking distance from our last accommodation. Dropping off was easy and ours bags were kept safely. There was some minor issue with picking up. The staff were not familiar with the system. The QR code disappeared as they accidentally clicked something on their end and I wasn't able to reproduce it when they kept asking to scan the QR
