Efficient and convenient

Once you find the location, everything is very straight forward and staff are lovely.

Taking the Chuo Bus from New Chitose Airport and getting off at Sapporo Station was convenient as it was close to Dice. Last time I used coin lockers at Sapporo Station, but there weren't many that were big enough for suitcases, so I was glad I made a reservation at Dice.

First, it was very easy to make a booking via the Bounce app and because they have storage facilities all over Sapporo I managed to find one practically across the road from my hotel. The staff were very, very friendly and accomodating. I left a suitcase with them for 4 days while I travelled to another town in Hokkaido. Drop off and pick up were simple and fast using the QR code. I would highly recommend using Yamato for storage.

Easy to book, reasonable price and very accessible near sapporo station. Much better than coin locker.(exp 3 big luggage+1 small luggage for 4000 yen)

Since it was open 24 hours, I was able to leave my luggage until late at night. The staff were also very helpful. The luggage storage area is on the second floor. I was able to carry my small suitcase up there. I think it would be difficult if you have a heavy or large suitcase.

Easy to use with QR code via Apple Wallet. Location has no elevator, however, so you will need to cart your suitcases up two flights of stairs.

This was my first time using the service, but the drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. This time, the drop-off spanned two days. When I made the reservation, I mistakenly thought the fee was charged by the hour (one charge for 24 hours) and only set it for one day. I later realized it was charged by business days (one charge is added each time the date changes), so I added the second day through the app. The change process was easy and the changes were reflected immediately, which was great.

The location is convenient and requires communication via translation software, making it easy to travel to other places.

It was fine. It looks like the person running it stepped away briefly around lunch time and left their number to call. They quickly came by though so it wasn't an issue.
