Wonderful experience

The barbershop was amazing people inside so nice and kind. Your website, however, for some reason double charged me? How can I get a refund on one transaction? It was before I logger in with my google account.

The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. We had no concerns about security. I would definitely use him again if I needed to.

Everything was perfect. Friendly and easy service

Quick and efficient drop-off and pick-up. We had three fairly large hiking backpacks that we initially checked into the normal luggage category. However, the person at the tobacco shop asked us to change them to the largest size category. We therefore had to pay extra at the last minute. We have some reservations about this last point, but otherwise everything went smoothly.

It was nice being close to Malmö Station, and I felt safe because they stored my luggage separately inside.

The drop-off process was quick and easy. The luggage was stored in the back of the restaurant, in an area inaccessible to unauthorized persons. Staff members carried the luggage there and collected it from there.

Right located in the station. Without any security issues. The only problem was that the lift didn't work when I arrived.

Easy to find. We left our luggage for half the price of the lockers at the central station. We strolled around without the hassle of luggage and at the end of the day we continued our journey.

The shop proposed by Bounce.com is very close to Centralstation in Malmö, so it was an easy solution for me between 11 am and 3.30 pm to visit Malmö without my baggage !! Drop the baggage was very easy and quick, I can see where the girl put it . Just be careful when you check-out, ask the person to register the check-out in front of you on the app, to avoid you to receive mails about your « late » check-out!
