The staff were beyond friendly! The nice gentleman in black accommodated to all the tiny needs, explained everything in perfect detail {just how I like it,so a smart child would understand everything}, plus both he and the waiter were refreshingly patient with how long I needed to repack things again to not need any of my stuff till the late evening

When booking online, it was not made clear that there is no Bounce facility. Instead you have to go to the coffee shop, wait in line, and talk to the staff who then take your luggage. We wasted 20 minutes looking for the bounce location because this process was not made clear and there is no signage indicating where to go. The Google address is not accurate.

Arrived early, greeted by friendly staff who happily checked to see if we could check our bags in early. The QR code worked and we checked our bags in. The staff explained the procedures and took a photo of our bags to confirm the bags we checked in. It only took 5mins to check in. On pick up we were greeted, QR code checked and bags handed over. No hassle at all and as I first time user of a luggage storage facility I was very impressed and will use again. Thank you

Our luggage storage was in a hotel and was locked up in a secure room, checkin was a breeze I just needed to show my booking reference number, put a supplied ticket on our cases and we were good to go. Collection was easy too I should our ticket, and we followed the member of staff to collect our cases. We have never used a storage luggage place before, but we are happily convertwd .
