Strategic location, functional, but poorly signposted on Google Maps (it kept sending us to the back of the hotel). Kind, patient staff given my language gaps, but they had forgotten to register the check out.

Everything was done quickly. There was only a problem at pickup. An employee couldn't find my booking because I was checked out immediately after checking in and was no longer in the system. But the error was found. I got my suitcase back. And price-wise, I think it's very good compared to other providers.

It was a very good way to have half a day free of our luggage and still roam the city.

The stuff was friendly, the location was like 5 minutes away from my lodging so it was extremely convenient. And the place itself was awesome with good atmosphere and great coffee.

When we arrived, the QR code wasn't working, so we had to pay a second time for someone to take our luggage. I ended up paying €12.60 for nothing, then another €13 to have my two suitcases stored from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM... that's over €25 for four hours. The woman told me I would be reimbursed, but I haven't received it yet. I am very disappointed with this reservation system. 2 days later, I've received a mail which confirms that I'll be refunded. So this is experience is strange but good.

Really straightforward, easily accessible and a great location. The staff is really nice and eager to help out. And since you’re there, you might as well stay and enjoy a good meal with them – they have a really nice burger!
