You type where in the world you are and when, how long and times you want to drop and pick up. It then brings up all the places near you and links to Google maps to get you there. I had 1 suitcase drop it off for 8hrs £6 and you get 10 or 12% Bounce cash back so more you use it one day end up with free bag drop. First time using them but would highly recommend quick and easy to do.
