- Brilliant! Easy to book, pay and drop off luggage. Have used this facility a couple of times now. My go to in Budapest. Two really nice friendly helpful guys in the place too.

- Your luggage is safe at Bob’s Kitchen! The restaurant is a great place to eat or have a coffee while you pick up (or drop off) your luggage. Plus, the servers are very friendly.

- The location was great, just right next to my AirBNB. When checking-in, the staff gave me a tag with my name on it, but checking-out the staff didn't even look at the tag nor check if you're grabbing the right luggage. They just let you into the storage room and you help yourself.

- Yesterday we left our luggage at the storage facility at 1:15 PM, using the Bounce QR code. Although we picked it up, it showed as uncollected. It was finally resolved by marking the drop-off. Very convenient.

- The cafe's staff were very kind. We found the location easily, just be careful that there are 2 or 3 cafes with same name Cafe Vian. We drop off and pick up our luggage for few seconds - literally. Huge benefit is tha the location is close to bus station for E100, which is a shuttle to the airport.
