  • Easy process but was confusing as to where the entrance was - it is at the side via the sports bar ( with different name) rather than the front restaurant (Mia Valentina ) which wasn't open at around 12 still . The staff inside pointed us to the side entrance .

  • Great service. Friendly staff. The drop off is at the sports bar which is located at the back of the restaurant. Just go down the side street to left of restaurant and you’ll find it. Download the QR code when booking and it’s super easy!

  • Really convenient location with the airport bus just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful and did not have to wait very long when dropping or collecting bags. It is just a restaurant who store the bags for you inside, no lockers and not self service.

  • I scanned the QR code at the entrance to a restaurant... I selected my bags and storage times... I paid with PayPal and handed my bags over to the waiter! Everything was convenient and easy!

  • Very central location right by the metro and bus stations—super convenient! Friendly staff and smooth, easy pickup. They opened a bit later than we hoped for drop-off, but it wasnt an issue. Great experience overall!

  • You need to book online at the Bounce website, and then when you arrive at the Mia Valentina, they number your suitcases and that's it! Super easy, they store them in a locked room. The staff is very attentive and they take care of everything.
