Super friendly and efficient

The best place!

Very fast delivery and collection, and very friendly staff.

This was a very convenient location to store my suitcase after checking out of my accommodation. The staff were all friendly and helpful and it was a quick walk from there to pick up the airport express bus at Deák Ferenc tér.

Bob’s Kitchen was brilliant! Our luggage was safe and we had a really delicious breakfast too! Great place!!

Very friendly and professional, thank you very much!

Well located, in the Jewish quarter. Halfway between the center and the train station

Really great drop off and pickup experience!

It was easy to find and they were nice. The luggage is kept safe in a separate room and picking up was straightforward.

Great and super easy, even stopped in for food too

Impeccable service, very friendly staff

Very kind. We arrived at 8am later than the pick-up time, but that wasn't a problem. We also had dinner: very good!

Absolutely excellent! Lovely, friendly service and great all around. The whole experience was smooth and easy. It also looked like a really good spot for food, so I’ll definitely be trying it next time I’m in Budapest

Very friendly staff. Quick service.

Easy to get to, extremely simple luggage storage and return. Convenient and central location. Very friendly owners.

Handy for a city walking tour that started from st Stephen’s. We took advantage of the breakfast menu to set up for the day too. Cheerful efficient friendly service

Excellent location! Close to the bus 100E. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. A real pleasure!

Smooth and easy to store your luggage for the day!

Really straightforward, easily accessible and a great location. The staff is really nice and eager to help out. And since you’re there, you might as well stay and enjoy a good meal with them – they have a really nice burger!

We were served incredibly quickly both when we arrived and when we collected our luggage; in fact, the woman was already waiting for us when we got there. They were very friendly, and we even ended up staying for breakfast.

Easy to drop off inside bob’s kitchen Budapest. Location was convenient as it was 8 mins walk to the 100E bus.

Great staff, luggage was so safe and place was so easy to find!

I was there with huge luggage of 25kg, a small cabin one and a tote. They took such great care of it, they were friendly and trustworthy! I can only recommend them!
