  • We waited a bit to collect our luggage, even though there weren't many customers in the bar because the staff was missing. Otherwise, everything was fine.

  • The location of the storage facility is very convenient, just steps from the bus stop for the airport. The person who greeted us made the effort to speak our language; thank you, it was a thoughtful touch. Our bags were completely safe. The drop-off and pick-up process was very simple.

  • Easy process but was confusing as to where the entrance was - it is at the side via the sports bar ( with different name) rather than the front restaurant (Mia Valentina ) which wasn't open at around 12 still . The staff inside pointed us to the side entrance .
