Super quick and easy, plus friendly staff!!

Everything's fine. However, I find it unnecessary that you have to pay for luggage storage on the day of departure.

Everything was easy at the AC Hotel by Marriott, with excellent service and they offered us the use of the restrooms without any problem.

Thr service is provided by AC Hotel, but I didn't find this information on Google Maps so I phisically searched the area for a few minutes before realising. Otherwise great service

The location is directly across the street from the station. Convenient. It’s a “local” bar that seems sketchy but we trusted the insurance and reviews. Went as promised

Easy to locate from the train station - it's next to the Casino, go into the AC hotel foyer, on the right at check-in desk tell them you're dropping bags for Bounce and they do the rest 👍

The luggage storage at the hotel was very nice and useful during our 5 day hiking trip.

The only downside is that to store your luggage you have to pay 5 euros per bag. The location is great ! We did almost everything by walk.

Very convenient to store my suitcases in the coffee shop right outside the train station. The coffee shop owner was so nice and considerate.

The site was easy to use and a reasonable price point compared to another site which was hugely exspensive. The location really handy - its bit of a seedy bar to be honest with a local clientele that are rough around the edges - but a nice young man behind the counter took my bag and dealt with me nice and quick. The bar stayed open till 12pm which in Innsbruck is plenty of time as ALL THE SHOPS close very early, its not a late night city so that was good. I got a discount code too from the barman and overall good service.

The drop off was easy and felt secure since the staff took a photo of our bags.

I had my best Schnitzel here. We were stuck because of the sudden rain. The staffs are very helpful. Though, the people who access the location are questionable.

Local pub with quirky bar guests, but a cheap and reliable place to store luggage.

I was expecting a coffee and pastry kind of place, but the café is like a seedy day-drinking bar. That said, the reception was warm and professional and our bags were well cared for all day. Location is excellent, directly opposite the main train station and is well signposted so easy to find.

It is walking distance from Innsbruck Station. Walking distance from Flixbus stand. The people there are very helpful. Toilets are available, although quality of toilet can be improved. It is a cafe. The place looks little shabby and people who are visiting may not give good vibe. However, my personal experience was not bad. I was stuck there for a quite time due to rain. Once you settled down, the place feels okay. At least it was way better than waiting in the Flixbus stand of Innsbruck. I suggest you may take food there. Food is pretty good actually and cheaper.
