  • Easy and convenient drop off and pick up. They had a private room where they key the bags. No issues.

  • Very close to the train station- so plus! The workers were very very nice. Other reviews pointed out it had ‘sketch’ people in there, but they were just locals and zero issues. We grabbed a drink both at drop off and pick up, and again- just the nicest people.

  • A bit expensive - BUT - you enter your location and it will direct you to the storage closest to you, AND, you can get Bounce Credits which can be used for future bookings. Also very easy to use.

  • The staff at the AC Marriott Hotel in Innsbruck were friendly and professional. They put tags on each of our bags and put them in a locked room to store. Retrieving them was quick and easy too. Would definitely recommend!
