  • Five stars for the drop off and pick up were easy and quick! However the Bounce website had an error message when I booked the first location and I didn’t know they’d charged me successfully. Hence I booked the second location. Only to find out I paid double. And the free cancellation is only for a credit in Bounce, which I would not used in the next year…which meant I paid double… sigh…
