The staff went above and beyond to help us! Our uber took extra time to get to us, and the staff allowed us to stay in the small shop to avoid the rain, gave us helpful tips about public transit, offered us complimentary coffee and drinks, held an umbrella for us as we went to our taxi, and helped us load our bags. We absolutely recommend using this baggage storage place!

Close to Central Station, within 5 minutes walk and easy to find. Staff friendly. Recommended.

They were very nice and helpful, but for those having trouble finding the building, directions should be posted on the outside. You enter from the stationery store at number 19 and drop it off at the warehouse on the lower floor.

Great place near to Zurich HB

Great experience! The lockers at Zürich HB are often full, and the alternative option suggested by the SBB staff cost around 12 CHF. This place was much cheaper and very centrally located. There’s also a tram stop (‘Löwenplatz’) nearby, which is especially convenient if you’re carrying heavy luggage, though Google Maps didn’t highlight it immediately. For easy navigation, I recommend searching for ‘Mister Tikalon’ on Google Maps, as suggested by other users.

Simple and quick check in and out. The location is within a short walking distance from Zurich HB station, and few shops from Migros supermarket.
