Staff was friendly and they store our luggage at their basement. Amazing process check in n out process. They were polite and well-versed in the process when we told them that we checked in fewer luggage. They guided us on how to modify the change. The store is also about 7 mins leisure walk from Zurich HB. Take lift near Migros supermarket from Zurich HB basement for closer exit.

Lots of space. Easy drop off and pick up. It is in a hotel so hours are pretty flexible.

I leave my luggage in the Swiss chocolate hotel for the whole day, there’s 24 hours reception, so it’s very easy to storage and take the luggage. The staff is pretty nice. And it’s very close to the main train station.Strongly recommend!

It fits perfectly and is very close to the train station It is a hotel not a store

I came to Zurich earlier than planned. And my hostal didn't accept early check in. So I found this from google and really helpful for me. It is closer to Zurich HB Train station (10mins walk). They have a huge room for storage. Price is also reasonable compared to Train Station storage of you have a big luggage. Only concern is there is no individual lockers for luggages. Anyone can take someone else's luggage. (I hope no one would do it)

I left my luggage for 3 weeks! It was still exactly where I put it. Checking the luggage in and out was simple. People working there were great. And it is part of a hotel, so since their reception is open 24/7, you can go any time.

Bounce made our trip around Switzerland so much easier. You are our 'go to' place for large luggage storage from here on. :) Cheers, G&T

I read not very good reviews about this place, but I decided to live the experience. Possibly they have read the comments and could have improved! They treated us very well and gave us a number to attach to our suitcases and take with us and then pick up. It is true that they are kept in a disused theater and that they do not carry it, but it is not the death of anyone to move our own things either. It is a place that I recommend and would use again.
