Discover Zurich HB Main Station luggage storage

The luggage storage at Zurich HBF was full so we went to this place which is easy to get to from the HBF. The proprietor was very friendly and easy to deal with. Pleased to say the bags were picked up, no issues with the storage or any items at all.

Very near and convenient place for bag drop and pick. Google map doesn't show exact location but can be reached with just looking around.

The location is very central. It would have been helpful if there was a sign outside the store to help me find the location. The service was very good. However, I dropped off bags without getting a receipt and picked up the bags again without a receipt. I think there could be a security issue.

Very smooth drop and pick up. Everything went as described. We left our large luggage so we could travel across Switzerland for 8 days. Then just picked up and took train to the airport. Very economical as well. We tried storage at the airport but it was so very expensive. This was 5 times less expensive and super simple.

Wonderful the personal and excellent service

I dropped in on the same day without an appointment, but they were able to store my luggage! It cost 6 Swiss francs for 6 hours for a large suitcase. It's cheaper than the lockers at the station. There's a path to the left of the stationery and general goods store building, through the display windows. Go in and proceed. The elevator is in the door to the right, then to the right again. We didn't know where the elevator was and went into the store to ask a staff member, who kindly showed us the way! We had trouble finding the large lockers at Zurich station, so I highly recommend this place in situations like that!

The store for luggage storage was great!! The process to book the storage can be confusing, but the team at bounce was very helpful! I received an error message on my first booking and ended up booking twice. Nikki from bounce was able to process my refund via online chat! Their service is great and I recommend using bounce for your next luggage storage needs!

Location was walkable from Zurich HB, abt 10mins without luggage and 12mins with luggage, staff were very quick with the process. :)
