The location is not that hard to find, and the staff is really nice.

I used this service when I was staying a few nights in Bern and Zermatt, planning to return to Zurich. It was reassuring and convenient to have my luggage stored at the hotel. It was very accessible; I took tram number 51 from Zurich and got off at Toni-areal, which is about a 30-second walk away.

Simple, fast, and hassle free. Job done. It‘s what I needed when I was in a bind.
