Excellent location and very easy to drop and go. This was our first time using this kind of service and I was pleased at the efficiency and access to it as we explored Zurich for the day while in transit to an airport hotel.

It was very easy experience, nearby to train station and you everything worth visiting is nearby from the shop as well

Very smooth drop and pick up. Everything went as described. We left our large luggage so we could travel across Switzerland for 8 days. Then just picked up and took train to the airport. Very economical as well. We tried storage at the airport but it was so very expensive. This was 5 times less expensive and super simple.

Wonderful the personal and excellent service

I dropped in on the same day without an appointment, but they were able to store my luggage! It cost 6 Swiss francs for 6 hours for a large suitcase. It's cheaper than the lockers at the station. There's a path to the left of the stationery and general goods store building, through the display windows. Go in and proceed. The elevator is in the door to the right, then to the right again. We didn't know where the elevator was and went into the store to ask a staff member, who kindly showed us the way! We had trouble finding the large lockers at Zurich station, so I highly recommend this place in situations like that!

The store for luggage storage was great!! The process to book the storage can be confusing, but the team at bounce was very helpful! I received an error message on my first booking and ended up booking twice. Nikki from bounce was able to process my refund via online chat! Their service is great and I recommend using bounce for your next luggage storage needs!

Five stars for the drop off and pick up were easy and quick! However the Bounce website had an error message when I booked the first location and I didn’t know they’d charged me successfully. Hence I booked the second location. Only to find out I paid double. And the free cancellation is only for a credit in Bounce, which I would not used in the next year…which meant I paid double… sigh…

Safe, clean place, friendly people and service. Worth the extra 8-10 minutes walk from the train station where getting a locker is almost impossible…

Friendly staff. Easy and quick to drop off and pick up!

Easy to find, you go into the stationery shop, downstairs and there's a girl who will take your bags. Very friendly.

Everything's great, you just have to go down some stairs, it's very quick.

They were very nice people and very helpful, but directions should be added outside the building for those who have difficulty finding it. You enter through the stationery shop at number 19 and leave the supplies in the storage room on the floor below.

The employees were all so kind and helpful. They kinda lifted my mood as a traveler new to Switzerland! And it was such a relief not to have my luggage with me so I could explore for the day. 😊

It is located at the entrance below number 19, take the elevator down to the 1st floor. You have to book in advance and then it's just a few moments and you leave the equipment in the store's warehouse.

Everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful.
