The store for luggage storage was great!! The process to book the storage can be confusing, but the team at bounce was very helpful! I received an error message on my first booking and ended up booking twice. Nikki from bounce was able to process my refund via online chat! Their service is great and I recommend using bounce for your next luggage storage needs!

Five stars for the drop off and pick up were easy and quick! However the Bounce website had an error message when I booked the first location and I didn’t know they’d charged me successfully. Hence I booked the second location. Only to find out I paid double. And the free cancellation is only for a credit in Bounce, which I would not used in the next year…which meant I paid double… sigh…

Safe, clean place, friendly people and service. Worth the extra 8-10 minutes walk from the train station where getting a locker is almost impossible…

Easy to find, you go into the stationery shop, downstairs and there's a girl who will take your bags. Very friendly.

They were very nice people and very helpful, but directions should be added outside the building for those who have difficulty finding it. You enter through the stationery shop at number 19 and leave the supplies in the storage room on the floor below.

The employees were all so kind and helpful. They kinda lifted my mood as a traveler new to Switzerland! And it was such a relief not to have my luggage with me so I could explore for the day. 😊

It is located at the entrance below number 19, take the elevator down to the 1st floor. You have to book in advance and then it's just a few moments and you leave the equipment in the store's warehouse.

Easy to find, friendly staff, reasonably priced, and great location for those with luggage who’re in the shopping area.

You have to go in and go down the stairs. At the bottom where there is a computer you say that you are going to leave your bags or whatever you have paid for. You must first pay through the app and show them the QR code.

Perfect. Good location, fast and nice

First off all, there is no sign od info where to go. We asked lady working in a shop, for help. Luggage storage is in the basment (protip). Also you need to do reservetion online via google or app, you can't psy by cash.
