Uncomplicated and friendly

Very convenient, just steps away from the station. The staff was very friendly! You do have to walk down one flight of stairs, but there is a sign on the sidewalk designating where the entrance is.

Very polite and kind. Great little storefront as well. Highly recommend to stash your bags. We did not want to haul them around for 5 hours and this was perfect.

Easy to find and close to the station. Originally was unsure by some peoples concern about being stored in the lobby, however bags being in plain sight directly next to/aside the check in-counter staff left my mind at ease. Would book again!

Should mention that you have to bring the luggage down and then up stairs.

The fact is that luggage is not stored in lockers, it is stored simply in the space near lobby. But it is convenient anyway due to distance of the station.

Would have loved if the luggage sat in a secure room as opposed to the main lobby, but overall was simple, easy, and effective.

Very close to train station. Surprised that the bags were left essentially in the lobby and not a more secure location/room, but all was well and ticket stubs were confirmed on pickup that the bags were ours. As other reviewers mention, you need to go down a flight of stairs to reach the entrance to the hotel.

Easy to find - though google maps gives weird directions and a much longer route. When you come out of train station just walk to the left and across the street and it is about 1-2 min walk. Very good experience at hotel checking bag!
