very easy process

Really easy to drop my luggage off and go explore

Easy and convenient drop-off and pick up, staff was super helpful!

I had a great experience using the drop off and pick- option, highly recommend when traveling and need somewhere to drop off your stuff.

It worked for me in a place where apparently they didn't store luggage anywhere.

The woman working there did not check our verification codes and let us pick our bags up by going in the back room and choosing which ones were ours. This felt concerning because if felt like a real security threat. Other people were in the store who saw the transaction and if there were another employee someone could easily take our bags. Otherwise she was very friendly and it was an easy process.

This is a ups store and staff was friendly, luggage seemed secure, easy check in check out.

Perhaps spray for ants, there were some bugs on our luggage when we picked it up

Workers were super friendly and stashed our bags behind the counter for the day!

Simple and easy to leave bags in an employee-only storeroom. I don't think the woman working had dealt with Bounce customers before, but she was still very kind to us and there was absolutely no issue or incident. I'd be happy to use Bounce and this store again.
