The location was easy to access. Everything went very well at the Loja Jacarandá store. The person was very pleasant and welcoming. Our luggage was safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it!

First time using bounce. So it was a little hard to find just because I did not expect it to local business (in this case a shoe store). But overall experience was great. The person who took are bags was quick and efficient. We were out of there in 10 min. Bags were not in a secure room but behind the counter which I am comfortable leaving but some could be an issue for some people.

We did two tours with them and everything went like clockwork. The guide was so informative and his English was impeccable. In fact he was so good we asked for him as the guide on our second tour. Would fully recommend this company.

A very friendly employee stored our suitcases in a separate room. We didn't receive any collection slips, but everything went perfectly when we picked them up. We'd gladly use this service again.

Friendly stuff, central location, easy drop-off

We dropped off and picked up our luggage quickly and easily at La Casa de las Carcasas. The staff at the store were very friendly. Highly recommended! We had booked a different location the day before, which was a bit closer to the cathedral (Jacaranda), and on our departure day we discovered that the Jacaranda store was closed despite our booking. We were then able to quickly rebook at La Casa de las Carcasas.

Just a quick clarification, I specified that I had to collect my suitcase at 2 p.m. because the saleswoman had to take a lunch break, which might make it impossible to collect it by 2 p.m. to catch my plane.
