Location easy to find. They took good care of my luggage. Recomend it for other travelers.

Brilliant - easy to find - friendly and secure

Good location. Efficient check-in and check-out of suitcases. Friendly service.

The location was very central, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It is located inside the shop, which was very convenient because I was able to do some shopping before traveling.

The location is good and check-in and check-out are fast.

Perfect, nothing to complain about, good welcome.

Very friendly and professional service.

Friendly and efficient service

location was fine, just a short walk from the rented apartment and then on collection a shorter walk to airport bus stop

Convenient and friendly. Great spot to store luggage in Funchal.

Excellent drop off and pick up.

Location was very easy to find in town (flag andvert outside of the shop) and the lady in the shop was very pleasant. Bag was safely away and so I was free to enjoy my day without carrying my heavy luggage around with me in the heat. Great idea and would definitely use again. Price was reasonable too 😊

Excellent, Easy and Affordable service.

Easy drop off but staff did not scan QR code on pick-up to confirm collection. Easily done manually in app

Simple, quick, efficient!

Very friendly staff, super fast and reliable service. I would go back anytime!

Location was perfect. Really nice staff, quick and easy

The location was easy to access. Everything went very well at the Loja Jacarandá store. The person was very pleasant and welcoming. Our luggage was safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it!

First time using bounce. So it was a little hard to find just because I did not expect it to local business (in this case a shoe store). But overall experience was great. The person who took are bags was quick and efficient. We were out of there in 10 min. Bags were not in a secure room but behind the counter which I am comfortable leaving but some could be an issue for some people.

Very easy and quick Reception people were very pleasant And we felt our luggage were secure

Quick and efficient

All went well. Very easy.

We did two tours with them and everything went like clockwork. The guide was so informative and his English was impeccable. In fact he was so good we asked for him as the guide on our second tour. Would fully recommend this company.
