Totally easy and fine. Staff were really nice. Helped us download the app and set it up with the right times and date we were leaving our bag etc. three backpacks and a small suitcase €26 including insurances.

We had a great experience with the storage facility at Jacafe, Funchal. The staff is professional and efficient. The storage facility is secured. However one has to keep in mind that Jacafe closes at 17.30, which means one cannot have access to the stored luggage after that time.
