The location marker on the map could have been better. I had to use Google Maps to find the store. The staff were very friendly, and everything went smoothly.

Great experience! Considerably cheaper than the hotel next to the train station that was recommended to me. Good location between Königsplatz and the train station. Very friendly staff. Luggage was stored in a back room. Be prepared to wait a bit if there's only one person there to handle the parcel shop, checkout, and luggage drop-off. I was served briefly in between. Queue up at the counter/mobile phone/Hermes shop in the back!
