Excellent service. Staff was fantastic. Our hotel did not have a place to secure luggage. This was a lifesaver for us knowing our bags would be safe and secure while we waited for check-in.

Easy to book, easy to find the hotel (just outside the main station). Quick and simple process when we got there alliwing us to roam the city for a few hours without carting our luggage round.

It was a perfect experience. We were going to leave our luggage in SBB's own lockers inside the train station, but both the hours and the price were very unreasonable. We weren't sure if we could return within the chosen time. Therefore, I started looking for a different place and found this one. You pay a daily fee, which is both much cheaper and safer. Go inside the Monopol Hotel and reach the reception. You should make a reservation via the app before you go and scan the QR code when you arrive. Everything was very easy and secure, and the staff were very kind.
