Good,near station

the hotel concierge was kind of clueless, took awhile for them to check our reservations before we could leave our bags and leave. it was quite far from the train station as the closest option was not available. had to take use the public transport.

The location is right across the train station and a 2 min walk. Great way to get few extra hours in lucerne before catching the train. I would have liked it if associate has double checked the tags we gave her with the bags we said were ours. System was not updated that we have picked up our bags. I had to manually go back in the app to update that I have picked up my bag.

The luggage storage location is very convenient. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and they even offered us the use of the restroom, which we really appreciated. Recommended if u visiting Luzern!

Very quick! Hardly took 2 min at the time of dropping and 2 min at the time of pick up. Very easy and smooth.

It's very close to the train station, and the staff speaks excellent English, making communication easy. The luggage storage area is a small, locked room, which is safe and secure.

Easy enough to find and really well located near the train station. My luggage was stored in a secure room within the hotel complex and the staff member that helped me was nice also. Overall, can highly recommend using this Bounce location! ☺️

Drop off was just across from main station. Easy process for both drop off and collection. Absolutely worth it for a few hours bag free wander before our next train.

Cheaper compared to other ones, very easy to check in/out. Hotel staff keeps them in a safe place and we need not to worry about them. Totally recommend it.
