Drop off was just across from main station. Easy process for both drop off and collection. Absolutely worth it for a few hours bag free wander before our next train.

A luggage storage facility very close to Lucerne Central Train Station; you don't even have to cross the street because there's a direct exit. You pay through the app, and you arrive with your reservation already paid for and the exact time your luggage will be there.

The delivery was very fast and efficient. The only thing that took us a little longer was picking it up because the guy was alone, and since the place is a hotel, there was a large group right at the reception, so it took a while. However, he was very kind, and it's understandable that the delay was due to something untoward.

Cheaper compared to other ones, very easy to check in/out. Hotel staff keeps them in a safe place and we need not to worry about them. Totally recommend it.

Booking with Bounce: - straightforward, fast, flawless experience - remember to look for some discount vouchers online if available to apply at booking process, you'll save up a few Swiss francs ;) About the location to drop the luggage: it is Hotel Monopol Luzern close to the train station. - very convenient location. From platforms inside the Luzern station, turn left heading to the left exit door, cross the street and you cannot miss the very big hotel right in front of your sight. - Friendly and smiley receptionist, free access to WC when asking them. - Luggage dropping and returning process was smooth.
