So easy to make a reservation. Nice, quick, and helpful to be able to stash luggage so we could spend a day on Mt. Pilatus before continuing a European trip.

Our experience with Bounce Luggage Storage could not have been better! We stopped in Lucerne for a few hours before going to the airport, and it was extremely easy to make a reservation and drop off our luggage to wander the city.

Bit odd dropping bags of at a pizza place, but it saved us when the train and hotel storages were both full!

Drop off and pick up was super easy and a quick process. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station.

It's close, but with the weight of the suitcases it feels far away. The service is good. They should put the name of the place on the sign to make it easier to find.

They’re good for bag, but not allowing any seating while waiting on a ride after spending 50 quid on the bags is strange

I am very satisfied with the service. The location of the place is convenient for the train station. Drop-off took not more than 3 min and the same upon return. I recommend using the service!

Everything went as planned. Store easy to find in Google maps. Dropped the suitcases and picked them up a few hours later. We got help to bring the cases a few steps up. It was worth knowing our suitcases were safe while we went up the Alps.
