Ideal location literally across the street from the Lucerne train station. Walked straight to front desk to ask for Bounce location, and a representative promptly informed us we were at the right location. She tagged our luggage and provided us our tickets just before she swiftly began to roll our luggage to a secured room. Picking up the luggage was just as simple and swift, Strongly recommend this location.
