From platforms inside the Luzern station, turn left heading to the left exit door, cross the street and you cannot miss the very big hotel right in front of your sight. - Friendly and smiley receptionist, free access to WC when asking them. - Luggage dropping and returning process was smooth.

Excellent, friendly service, fast, and convenient! Located next to Lucerne's main train station in the reception area of the Hotel Metropol, everything is within easy reach and the service is incredibly fast.

Simple and convenient. For ease of use, to not do as I did, register your bag on the app before arriving. This needs to be done as standard procedure. Also, to not do as I did, looking for a kiosk or specific spot to drop my bag. The storage drop off IS the front desk of the hotel. Just ask the staff. They were really helpful both on drop off and pick up.

Really easy. Didn't have the app download when I arrived but quickly made an account and reserved storage for my backpack. Should be noted, and more a feature than a problem, the storage is the front desk of the hotel. Go straight there and they will help.
