The convenance store at the corner of Edward stree was well located but poorly signed and hard to find due ti construction work. Also no sign once you were at the store to confirm you were at the right place. A couple of laminated signs may help. It took me a while to find it, and on the way back i helped another couple who couldn't find it. Ysaf was vey helpful when we arrived and my luggage was fine.

Staff were wonderfully helpful and made the process simple. She scanned the code and issued a pick-up tag and even remembered me when I returned to collect - nice! Convenient location where I could leave my bag for the hours between check out and check in. Many thanks! PS. You should let the South Brisbane station know about this location as they receive queries on where to put luggage when people arrive on AirTrain!

The person running the store knew everything to do in order to drop the luggage off at his store. He explained everything to us since I had barely downloaded the Bounce App only 30 minutes prior. Pickup and drop off was seamless with excellent security.

Easy checkin and checkout process. Staff took time to confirm the luggages really belong to us before releasing them so it's kinda assuring from that perspective. However there was no designated locker or room to store the luggages so not perfect security. Also, the address provided is not specific so we went to another store in the same block.
