  • Easy checkin and checkout process. Staff took time to confirm the luggages really belong to us before releasing them so it's kinda assuring from that perspective. However there was no designated locker or room to store the luggages so not perfect security. Also, the address provided is not specific so we went to another store in the same block.

  • Absolutely wonderful not having to tote a suitcase with me for the 8hrs wandering Brisbane. A touch expensive but worth it. Only grip was the vendor we used had steep stairs to drag the heavy bag up and down. A little on the difficult side for this old lady.
