It might depend on the staff member, but the young man I spoke with was very helpful. I appreciated how smoothly I was able to access my suitcase just by showing a QR code on my smartphone.

The attendant who checked in my luggage was a bit unfriendly, but the one who picked it up was very kind. It might depend on the person. Overall, it was good.

Great service, friendly and easy to use, just book it, drop it (your bag/suitcase) and pick it up when you need to, no hassles and no waiting or delays. Fantastic service, very happy and will use again if/when needed. 👍

Was easy to book and drop off our cases. Cases were safely stored in a locked room. Collection was easy. A very convenient and easy to use service if you want to leave your cases and go exploring. I thought the price was good. Would definitely use again if I’m in the area

Simple and quick but not the most secure feeling when they basically tell you to just chuck it in the back room of this old shop.

Location was very close to hotel and central to lots of stores. Staff was very friendly and quick.
