This was great, clean locker rooms and very kind staff.

Easy drop-off and I felt my bags were secure while we were gone. The system was down when we picked up the bags but I used the help menu to check them out myself.

Drop off was so fast and easy! For picking up, there should be a guest check in line and one for people retrieving their bags. We had to wait so long to pick ours up while they checked in hotel guests- I was worried our cab would leave

I had a great experience storing my belongings with Jay’s Market. I was honestly a little concerned with the safety of my luggages but people at Jay’s Market did a great job checking each piece of my luggages in, securing them, and verifying my identity for when I picked them up.

Drop off was great. But noone was at the front desk when I returned at 8 PM. There was a sign saying Be Back in 5 minutes. Definitely not 5 minutes.

The market is close to Las Vegas strip. Drop off and pick up of my suitcase was smooth and quick. My luggage was safe with the staff who are so kind and welcoming. I recommend!

The app is smooth and easy to use. Billing is by calendar day, not by time slot, which means you don't have to stress about collecting your luggage and can relax and focus on what matters. I recommend the hotel "The Carriage House" on Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas. The hotel's location is very clear and relatively close to Harry Reid Airport.

Everything was seamless at drop off and pick up. Bags were stored in a locked room. Hotel was clean and nice.

Finding the store in the Venetian shops was not easy - even with Google Maps it was pretty crazy. Thankfully the shop has a large sign. Drop off was easy, I had to hop on the wifi to get my app to work. Store clerk was very helpful. Pick up was easy - in and out no problem.
