- We were nervous leaving our bag for the day as it had ipads and giftcards in it. ( the safe in our hotel room was broke). We found Bounce luggage storage on Google and there was a location close to our hotel. We left the bag there for about 5 hours and everything was still in the bag just as we left it!

- Fromt desk agent had us wait. Its seems she took a personal break just as we arrived (she knew we were waiting). Plan to arrive earlier than you need to. Good service otherwise. Bounce service is in a holiday inn. Parking is not free, so there is a risk of getting a ticket, which you do not wait white traveling! Entrance is as shown. They need to buzz you in. IMPORTANT: the service fee is $5 less if you reserve using the link in google maps, rather than the link they provide you with. They will accept reservation from either link.

- Super easy and friendly. It was not far from the mgm if you are near that area. Only hiccup was Lyft drivers had difficulty finding it from Navi directions. But once you are close enough, you can see the tall building well-labeled.
