Great location just a 2 min walk onto the strip. Uber drops you straight to the door and so easy.

I had a great experience storing my belongings with Jay’s Market. I was honestly a little concerned with the safety of my luggages but people at Jay’s Market did a great job checking each piece of my luggages in, securing them, and verifying my identity for when I picked them up.

It was difficult because the location information was inaccurate.

Finding the store in the Venetian shops was not easy - even with Google Maps it was pretty crazy. Thankfully the shop has a large sign. Drop off was easy, I had to hop on the wifi to get my app to work. Store clerk was very helpful. Pick up was easy - in and out no problem.

If you are staying at Planet Hollywood and need an alternative for several days storage this is a very good option. This is a regular store so pay attention to the name instead of any storage sign. The drop off was easy but kind of informal as they dont provide me with a receipt, however the manager make sure the drop off was record in the system so I can feel safe. The pick up was easy as well and I found everything in order!

Location and service were great but took a minute to find it.

Drop off was easy to find and quick however the attendant immediately pointed out their tip jar and said “here’s my tip jar in case you wanna tip me” and it felt a little weird because typically I tip after a service is completed, so it just made us feel a little weird or like we had to before we left or maybe our stuff wouldn’t be as secure? When we went back to pick up our bags, the experience felt a little bit better so we figured maybe we caught them off guard while they were preparing the main business for opening. Who knows. We did pick our bags up pretty early but it seems as if there’s a flat fee for the bags.

Firstly, look for panda restaurant. Shop is next to it.
