Good overall. We were denied access to use the restrooms because “restrooms are for paying guests of the hotel only.” I understand the spirit of the policy (don’t let just anyone from the street use the restrooms) but we had a purpose in being there AND were paying (even though we were not officially guests of the hotel). Aside from that, everything was fairly seamless.

Easy to book via the app. Drop off and pick up were easy as well. Locked in a secure room . Was given a receipt as matching tag was also attached to luggage. Open 24/7. Located at the Carriage House hotel, 105 Harmon Street, Las Vegas.

Great place to store your luggage while exploring the strip. It is a hotel, Carriage House, but the storage facility was very good and secure.

Very easy process, just added this destination to my Uber journey to collect bags on way to airport. The storage is a secure room at the reception of the hotel, with direct access from their parking area so no need to walk far with the bags.

We needed to store our luggage for 7 hours before we headed to the airport and it came out to only $15 per person. It was so easy to drop off and pick up our bags - everything was safe and untouched. It was only a 5 minute walk to the strip! Would for sure use again!

Professional, organized and simple. Luggage locked away and we were monitored while storing and retrieving luggage, creating a sense of security.

Both staff members were friendly and helpful, and they gave us a great discount for souvenirs too! We hadn’t used anything like this before, but everything went great and we’ll definitely use them again!

It was really helpful! Service was good but just keep in mind if dropping it off early at opening due to early flight in and late check in, just be prepared to wait a little bit as the store may open a tad later than said. Bag pick up was good too! Also it’s not a locker or anything, they just keep your stuff at the back of the store. But over all I would do again! :)

Perfect if you don’t want to carry annoying bags if your flight is in the evening 🤌🏼
