To enter the hotel, you needed to be buzzed in if you didn’t have a key, so that was reassuring for our security. The staff was super friendly, answered our questions and concerns. The process to book was simple and easy, we dropped off our luggages in a locked room that the staff had to open and only had access to. we put our luggages where we wanted to and it stayed in the same spot/position we had left it, the staff sent us pictures within 5 mins of our luggage under our reservation. Great location and great staff!

Easy to find just off the strip near Planet Holywood. Bag drop off and colllection only took a couple of minutes. Free parking outside. Would recomend this location

The lady helping us at the front desk was great. I was expecting each bag to be scanned and tagged at drop-off/pick-up but that was not required.
